Received my order in a timely manner, packaged well. The replacement part arrived undamaged. It took only 5 minutes to remove the old head assembly and less than 5 minutes to install the new one. It was easy, quick and satisfying that the problem could be resolved so easily.

I received the replacement unit and unpacked it for installation, only to discover that the necessary hardware package was not included. The primary reason that these head assemblies need to be replaced is rush and corrosion, and the hardware that attaches the head to the reflector is always unsalvagable due to heavy rust. You will also need to order the hardware package separately, here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CY6V9XH (Fire Sense Tall Patio Heater Hardware Packet). Hopefully the unit works once I have all of the parts necessary to install it.

Glad they sell this replacement assembly - why send the whole thing to the landfill when this replacement part works great. I didn't know my model number, but this didn't fit so some mods were in order. Not a fault of the part, just a heads up. If your heater has a 3" diameter tube, then you'll need longer bolts to assemble together. You may also need a 3/8 to 3/8 pipe union to join the gas linesOverall happy with the purchase.

This was a replacement unit for a patio heater head. When the work was done, the head works well and burns a clear blue flame. On the downside, the build is more flimsy than I thought it should be. I changed out all the external self tap metal screws for stronger ones. Since the heater will be moved from time to time, I think this is necessary.
