This was just a binder that you could pick up at Staples although it is waterproof except for once you open it good luck getting the zipper to re-zip again. It is not easy to close.

Like most binders, this one is not able to accommodate tab dividers..... Once you put them in, the zipper will not close. The tab dividers are 10" wide, and the notebook can only accommodate 9" in width. Unfortunately, that means I must return this one and keep looking.

I'm a Truck Driver, I bought this to help me stay organized. I use it for daily logs, fueling, BOLs, workorders, Terminal locations. I did put in dividers and folders and it holds a lot. Sometimes the zipper fights me when I'm closing the folder, most days I win. It works well for what I was looking for.

I would have like to have a place to clip paper to the front out side to write on top while binder is closed. Luke a built in clip board but on the outer side

.First, the good news:Lots of pockets and built in file folders to get important papers into one place for a better organized household or business. A place for writing implements and other conveniences for a well rounded product that functions very well. A business desk to go.I like this binder very much for the intended function. I will be using this for my important papers to then be stored safely.I would have loved to give this product 5/5 stars. Why 4/5 then ?Here's the hitch:While this binder's cover is coated with (in their words) "liquid silicon fiberglass material, waterproof and fireproof, it could withstand high temperatures of 2000 degrees Celsius", there is a flaw in this...... an Achilles Heel ...The cover is coated, but what about the zipper and side material?Where the pull tabs meet on the zipper, there is a significant opening that is normal in binders with zippers. What this means is, there is nothing to stop water from getting in through that Achilles Heel.The zipper is quite sturdy but I'm sure it will melt way before reaching 2000 degrees C. ( a volcano spews out lava at 800 to 1200 C )If this binder was left zipped up on the kitchen table and there was a house fire - you'll be out of luck, but the binder's cover will still be fine !I AM CONFIDENT the coating on the surface of the binder will resist a spilled soda so I can wipe it up quickly.I AM VERY CONFIDENT this binder will hold all my important papers brilliantly and be a great utility.I AM NOT SO CONFIDENT about it's fireproof claims. I will be placing this binder, with all the important papers in one place, into a genuine, certified, fireproof safe.Albeit the outer coating may withstand 2000 degrees, its Achilles Heel cannot.All said, I like this binder for the purpose of getting better organized. The outer, rugged coating is a nice addition.
