Got the item finally installed it and it bent and cracked some how this is the first time this has happened with a firestik product what the heck

This item left me with mixed feelings. The mount and overal strength of the item is 5 star quality. The fact that I couldn't tie in the cable running from the back of my CB left me wondering what to do. I saw that I could fit an end of the cable into a connector with an O ring at the end that a screw goes throught. That attached to the bottom of the antena through the mount. The only reason for 3 stars is confusion, and the fact that the cable slides out of the connector and can not be squeezed shut is an issue

Mount broke after 1 week of use... Wilson trucker 5000 on solid mount. Bracket broke in half left antenna on the highway, might work well for a on road only truck..

This mounted to the back of my jeep no issues. However, I needed one more part to use my antenna cable correctly here's the part I needed (STUD W/SO-239 CONN) another $7 added to the cost.

i was in a bind trying to figure out how i wanted to mount a whip ant on my explorer. i had about 5 different ideas---- until i found this mount from firestick. I really liked this option for mounting but was wondering just how good the mount itself would be. the pictures dont do this mount justice. very tough and doubt it will ever rust. got the heavy duty ant base spring. could not be happier with result.

This little baby was just what the Dr ordered for our base station set up in our RV. It really improved the power and range on our CB, a 1974 JC Penny Pinto base unit. Bought it with a tune able Firestick.
