45 mil is perfect for long term pond reliability.Within hours of placing order, I cancelled the order expecting shipment to cancel. They would not stop delivery, and in order to ship back, the charge is $270.00!Ridiculous.Never again will I make the mistake of ordering a product from this company.Actually, my title is incorrect. We still have not opened the box to see what is in it so I can not tell you if it is an excellent product of not.

This stuff is great. I used it for my under deck drainage before installing decking. I did it all in one sheet instead of cut each joist section individually which made it hard to work with but that's not the material's fault. If you can buy enough extra to cut individual sections then you'll save yourself some headache. I cut small scallops at the end to drain into a gutter underneath.

Worked great for redoing my pond. Came folded up in a large box. Unboxing and unfolding was a breeze. Laid it down the middle of the pond and then unfolded each side.

PROS:• Definitely a high quality liner. We installed it over underlayment for additional cushion and protection• Me (60M) and my wife (58F) were able to DIY it without any help... though I would not recommend it• We were able to seal the EPDM against ABS water ports using 3M 5200 Marine Adhesive/Sealant. Incredible bond... nearly a weldCONS:• No instructions, tips, tricks, repair, etc. It's a given that this is geared towards professional pond installers, but some guidance would have been helpful• No markings on the roll of EPDM as to which way was longer. We winged it with a 50/50 shot and ended up having to turn it 90°

Had a different liner before I bought this. Glad I did! What a difference! This thing is built to last. Peace of mind knowing that there will be no punctures in the liner. Can’t go wrong with it!

I purchased this liner to use on the roof of an old hay barn that has a ponding issue where the back wall meets another structure. I was hoping that it would be a waterproof, lighter weight alternative to metal or shingles. So far it has been a hard winter - really put to the test with rain and hail, then 100F temps of summer, then snow, hail and ice. This is a low slope roof and ice and snow reguarly forms dams at the back of the roof and its been a headache for years - not this year! I am pleased to say that it is holding up great in its first season, keeping the inside of the hay barn cozy and dry even in the worst of weather. Even though this is intended to be a pond liner it its so far handling roof duty very well. Time will tell what the long term outlook will be but for an old building we didnt want to spend a ton of money on this is working great and exceeding our expectations. There are a few things to know if you havent installed one before..First, I purchased two of these and did half the roof at a time. Glad I did because working with a larger piece would have been really difficult due to the weight. We used adhesive but learned to work a small apprx 8x 10 section at a time, working from top to bottom and side to side. It went very well after searching a few online videos and thinking it through first. This is a very high quality liner. It does have factory seams but they are so well manufactured that there is no question those seams will never fail . This stuff is going to hold up for a very long time. After working with it on a project that its not really made for I can only imagine it would make an impressive pond liner and will probably try putting in pond too at some point
