No problems with it yet. The hooks are kind of pointless though because they fall off. I'm surprised it came with a real quality screwdriver. Worthy of being added to my tool bag. That's a plus.

This is not a long term solution as it’s poor quality. I don’t think it’s not going to last due to being extremely light weight and flimsy. We did not inspect the product before the 30 day return window so returning it wasn’t an option.

The rack itself works well but I contacted customer support thinking there were screws missing but was told it wasn’t a mistake. Meaning when if you aren’t very meticulous with placement and removal kindling spills all over, then the kindling holder bangs on the floor and scares everyone in the house. Overall decent for the price but still irritating they sell it like this knowing it can’t be used.

Got it as a gift for my husband. Functionality is great. Does what it should anyways lol. Looks simple, perfect for smaller houses, not bulky or ugly. Very sturdy. Now as far as assembly goes, my husband is awful at assembling things and this was easy for him, my 3 yr old helped as well. Honestly a lot better than expected. The quality of the carrier is great too. The gloves seem cheap to me, but I don’t know, I haven’t actually touched them and he hasn’t used them yet. Honestly one of the best racks he has owned.

The log rack fit nicely for our house, I does have the plastic feet to protect the floor. It is well built and holds quite a load of wood.
