The buckle is plastic. And it does take long before the buckle will start pinching your belly.

I wear this belt every third day for work.Fit and finish is nice, I have other products from the same brand that I enjoy. So I don’t know if this is a random problem….But the heat sealed tip is fraying. I have melted it twice with a lighter, but it keeps coming apart.

Just received belt. Seems quality, and for the price no complaints.The olive drab is more saturated than the photo they have. I was hoping it was more ranger or foliage green, but again - for the price, could be worse.One thing the description didn’t articulate was the stiffness of the belt, it’s pliable/flexible for those wondering.I went with the medium (depending on the day I’m a 30-31” waist) and I have about a foot of “wiggle” room, so easily could have gone with the small.Buckle seems adequate and locks up well, time will tell on durability, but I’m not too worried.
