Shipping was fast, no issues there. I purchased over a year ago and have been unable to use this device. Firstech has never released the firmware for their DC3 unit to support this. Each month I sent an email, and each time they stated probably next month. That's been a year, and now they state likely not till early 2023.If you are purchasing this as a standalone unit with the x1max it's probably OK. If you have their alarm systems and are looking to add this, it won't work and likely never will. I did have them change their website as it used to state it was compatible. It now says coming soon.....as in years.*edit* I'm speaking ill of Firstech btw, not the seller. The seller experience was top notch just to be clear.
