These are some of the best bits I’ve used. They work and drill perfectly like they should. They are also pretty accurate and not to big like some manufacturers. Brand makes a solid product

This brand is supposed to be good. About half of these bits are bent. I contacted Fisch, and they said the products are junk, and to buy the more expensive line. They don't sell the better line in America, so I had to pay a lot for shipping to get the real ones. These are basically knockoffs, but from the actual brand.

It's good to reasonable quality locally in Australia...Not quite the top shelf finish on the shape end, but miles ahead of the Chinese stuff...Good delivery service was appreciated too....

Outstanding quality. They were put to use immediately and they were outstanding. They are razor sharp and were better than expected. Haven't had them long enough to comment on durability, but given what has been seen so far there is no reason to doubt they will be very long-lasting.

The bits arrived very clean and sharp. I haven't tried them yet, but I'm sure they'll cut the stuff I need them for very nicely (e.g., ABS plastic and softwoods). The case they come in is polystyrene, I think, so more brittle/fragile than, e.g., PVC or ABS. That would have been OK if Amazon hadn't shipped the case loose/unprotected in one of their plastic bubble envelopes. The bits, particularly the largest ones, are pretty heavy, so I'm sure they move around a lot inside the case during shipping. The edges of the slots that hold them in the case were all damaged. One of the bracket tabs that attach the clear cover to the blue body of the case was broken, and the plastic hinge pin on the other tab was broken as well. I managed to repair the broken tab with Krazy Glue, but couldn't re-attach the broken pin on the other side, so one side of the cover will always be loose, and I'll have to handle the case carefully every time I need to take out/use the bits. I won't bother returning the bits for this reason, but it's kind of irritating. Taking notes, Amazon? This item needs to be shipped in a box to protect the manufacturer's case from impact damage, and with sufficient padding to prevent movement of the case/bits within the box during shipping. The only other thing buyers should note is that all the shank diameters are the same as the bit sizes ... no reduced shanks on the largest bits. That means the 10mm bit will probably max out the 3/8" chuck typically found on most hand drills, including mine. Should fit, though.

I don't use metric bits too often but when I do , hole sizes vary a lot and I want bits that cut really hard woods accurately and cleanly. Have used them to drill close to 75 pen and bottle stopper blanks for wood turning and these bits do a good job.Would like longer lengths but guess that economically that won't happen for the low cost of this set. Have read reviews of these bits and hope folks who ask " can I use them on concrete " are just kidding. Think the answer is self evident when you buy Brad point wood bits.Update- in the past two weeks I have used the 9 mm bit to drill about 120 1" holes in hardwoods and it worked great. This is the same as drilling a 10' hole. I have used the 7 mm bit to drill about 50 , 4 " holes for pen blanks in hardwoods like maple, oak, Purple Heart, walnut and others or about 17' with no burning drifting or tear outs.Great set at a reasonable price.

A quality set of drill bits. Not cheap, but excellent quality. Hoping they will last for some considerable time and prove to be worth the money. At this stage of use, I would highly recommend them.

Our apartment is 115 years old - the frame and trim are both very hard wood.I was hanging curtains the other day, and I couldn't get the pilot hole quite deep enough. The screw stopped as soon as it hit the end of the pilot hole; its head would sooner strip than allow its body to bore any deeper into the wood. On the next window, my cheap, steel, hardware-store drill bit got about a centimeter into the wood, then absolutely refused to go any deeper. My drill could not grip it tight enough to budge it, nor could my pliers. It wedged itself so tightly into the wood that they ceased to be separate entities The bit shaft eventually snapped off after repeated attempts to force it deeper into the wood. This tells you a bit about how hard the wood in our apartment is. (Schwing!)I used the existing holes in our curtain set to align the pilot holes. Not only did the Fisch bit not flinch when it hit the wood, I didn't even feel it go in. People have had a harder time piercing butter than these bits have on hardwood.Plus, they come in this snazzy carry case:
