This is the first time I have used an umbrella lure, so my lack of success may be due to poor technique. Overall, it took a few times bending the wire to get a good swim pattern, but it seems to swim well now. The component quality is pretty good and should last a while. It is also pretty adjustable, so if you need to alter the number of hooks to comply with local fish and game regulations, it should be easy to do. No luck in catching bass with it yet, but I'll keep trying different techniques.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail and how many part come with these kits. I like the fact you can build your own A-Rigs to whatever configuration that you like. I may be able to upgrade to 5 stars after the water gets warmer and I can actually try them out!

Disappointed. Both rigs have broken willow blade swivels in the the sealed packages before I even get to inspect them closely. The center of the two swivels were separated in the center and in 3 pieces. If they are broken in the sealed packaging before I even open them, I can't trust the integrity of them trolling with them or with a fish on. I'm certain that more of it would break. Very Disappointed in the poor quality of materials.

This umbrella fishing fig comes ready to use with its own swimbaits. It was well packaged and arrived without any damage. I like that the wires leading off the main are stiff, so you can adjust the arms as you think will work for your waters. Immediately after throwing it in the water I could see the lifelike swimming movement. Although not a substitute for live bait, I'm optimistic this will catch me many fish with some more time on it.
