These are great protection for your rods at a great price. I recently put these on (4) 7 foot one piece rods and then put them in my 7.5 foot hard shell. Checked them on the plane, arrived at my location and the rods were perfectly protected. Do not hesitate to buy these, because if you have expensive rods like I do, that little extra piece of mind is worth every penny.

The sleeves were surprisingly durable and well-made. Flexible polywoven nylon is the perfect weave and material for what I needed these covers to do. They expand up to 2.5 inches wide and stretch to a length of 7.5 feet, dimensions which are large enough to accommodate most fishing poles. the material appears strong so I expect this product to keep my poles from getting scratches or chipped while being stored during the winter months. The only complaint I have is watch out for gaps that may form when rolling the sleeve over the pole. several times I ended up with an eyelet guide poking through the weave of the sleeve so I had to maneuver the cover with a bit of finesse so that my rods remained completely intact. I would say just don't go in like a kamikaze and roll it down over your rod like you would a condom (wink, wink). Go slow and allow the sleeve to unravel naturally down your pole as you help guide it to the handle. One feature that I didn't anticipate was that the covers came stitched with an added flexible strap at the base so you can harness the sleeve to the rod after covering it. Also the covers all have a loop at the tip for hanging or whatever you may wish to use it for.All in all I am extremely satisfied and surprised thay these sleeves were such high quality. For the price, you can't beat this product.

Great value! You do need to be careful on spinning rods with large guides, but working slowly I was able to use all 10 on different rods.

I just received these so this is a very early review but I will update it after a few weeks of use. They are a little long for 6’6” and 6’8” rods but fit great on my 7 and 7’3”s
