Buyer beware! I'm convinced the five-star reviews on these wraps are bogus since these things are total garbage. First of all, would it have been that hard to include instructions? Putting these on correctly is an utter mystery and extremely frustrating to the point where it ruined my leg workout. I got my gear on, took my pre-workout, and was looking forward to breaking these in. I figured I'd quickly pop 'em on and get to work, but that didn't go as planned. Over ten tries later and I still couldn't get these on right. The wraps simply aren't long enough unless you really stretch them, the loops are pointless, and the Velcro doesn't line up. By the time I got these on "good enough," I'd completely lost my focus and my pre-workout had worn off. Furthermore, I spent so much time adjusting them throughout my workout, I simply couldn't concentrate. They were such a distraction and so uncomfortable, I would have been better off sticking with the Ace bandage I'd been using. Imagine my surprise when I took them off to find they'd already started to tear after one workout! And to clarify, I am not a heavy squatter. I'm extremely disappointed with these and will be requesting a refund. Seriously, no instructions and ripping after one use? There's simply no excuse for either.

私は左膝を酷使しなければならないスポーツをやっていますが、試合後数日はいつも歩くのも苦痛なほど膝関節がきしみます。競技をやる以上、この痛みはどうにかしたかったのでこちらを購入してみたところ最初は理想的な巻き方での保護方法もわからなかったので完全に無痛という訳ではありませんが、痛みの軽減が実感できました。使い慣れすればもっと軽減が期待できそうな感じなので、期待しています。

I like them my only issue was it took me three times to try to figure out how to put them on because there's no picture no diagram no instructions in the first couple of times I wore them they will come a loose at the bottom the Velcro keeps it locked tight you just have to pull it's hard to get the full effect of stability

I recently started going heavier on my barbell squats,however my knees weren't too happy about that. I remembered I used to use knee wraps years ago & how much they helped keep my knees stable. I decided to get some from Amazon. I read the reviews for the Fit Active Knee Wraps-they were very highly rated. I bought them, used them for the first time today & I really like them. The hey are ver high quality & thick. They totally stabilize my knees for squats enabling me to lift heavier. I'm very glad I got them. If you are looking for really well made knee wraps that make your knees feel cushioned & stable, these are for you. 👍👍👍

I used them yesterday. (Leg day) They worked perfect, I especially like the loop that you can put your leg through before you start wrapping. The Velcro also is a good addition, they didn't even budge through 6 sets of heavy squatting. Very impressed with these wraps. Through my old wraps away as soon as my workout was done.

Just as advertised. These are thick and definitely serious knee wraps. My first pair of heavy duty wraps for my first powerlifting meet in 4 weeks -- pretty stoked! Vendor wrote a kind follow up message after product delivered, and I think it speaks volumes when a company isn't just satisfied with ending the transaction at a finished sale.

These are great! Game changers to help me push passed my previous PR on leg press and walking lunges (also use hand straps to carry the weight and save my hands /wrists). The biggest long term bonus for heavy lifters using these is it will save your knees from the added stress from putting down the weight we do. Currently, I have lunged w/ 60lbs each side and leg press about 800lbs. I would never attempt that weight without these straps. I am 5'1, 120lbs.
