I've tried other trackers, but nothing else is as easy to set up as the Fitbit line. Do not try to save money by buying something cheap that you wont be able to use.

I bought this brand new original Charge 4 to replace my very old broken Charge 4 - switching to this classic Charge 4 on my Android Phone went well (I recharged the new Charge 4 when it arrived). The "overall rating" was initially only 4 stars because there are some minor issues with the Fitbit app environment, but I've finally managed to get it working OK identically to my original Charge 4. It's now perfect!

I’ve done through 2 Fitbit Charge 4’s then I went to Apple Watch 9. Had to charge that watch every day since I wanted my sleep info. I know the sleep mode has changed in an update, but I still miss my Fitbit! Seriously considering sending Apple Watch back and buying another Charge 4. Battery died on my old one (after I was down to using superglue for the parts to stay on!). Miss it.

I purchased this watch in May 2023. A few days ago I put it on after fully charging it, four hours later it was dead. I tried all the things that support said to try. It now holds a charge for about 14 hours. I am unable to wear it at night because of the battery draining so quickly…I have had to turn of most of the features to reserve power…trying to reach someone to help is impossible…worst purchase I have ever made.It wasn’t that great before the battery problem. The tracker is not very accurate, and I was very disappointed that the o2 was only measured at night while sleeping. It would not always light up when moving my wrist to check the time. I would have given it 3 stars before the battery problem. It’s definitely not worth what you pay, customer service is terrible, I absolutely do not recommend it.UpdatedThought I should give a bit more explanation on the customer service with a side note that I will never purchase another FitbitTalked with Fitbit customer service the woman could see that the battery was draining but…I did not purchase from a listed seller so they wouldn’t honor the warranty. I purchased from Amazon, but it was through a seller Yah…I emailed them received an email back promptly saying that “ I’m so sorry to hear this. Please reach out to Amazon directly for a replacement or refund as they handle all customer service for this item as they ship directly from their warehouses.” called Amazon, they were so sorry but the window for returns had closed. After explaining what had happened I was transferred and then after about 45 minutes give or take it was decided they would refund with a restocking fee. The gentleman said he would give me a $5 gift card,( hasn’t as of this writing) for the inconvenience. I have the pos watch boxed up and ready to ship back, figured that a partial refund was better than none.If you are reading this review definitely make sure, if you are silly enough to buy a Fitbit, to buy from Amazon itself( if they actually sell them). I personally wouldn’t buy one.I had an Apple Watch that lasted 5 years, another off brand that still works but the strap gave out after 3 years. I had received an Amazon fitness watch, for Christmas, that became obsolete which is where my Fitbit purchase came in. Lesson learned, for me anyway. Happy shopping y’all.

I had the Fitbit Charge HR back in 2016. It was a weird "pill" shaped dohickie that slid into a rubber jacket cozy kind of wrist strap. This one seems to be an evolution of design for the strap. Likely they took into consideration the feedback from customers who had the old design and complained the wristband degraded after only a couple months of regular wear use. This band feels comfortable and is not wearing out fast. But, it is also easy to replace too if it does.I like how this has a GPS in it. I am able to track my walk and jogging now without needing to have runkeeper or some other app and a smartphone with me. I sort of prefer to just go out for exercise with a regular MP3 player and basic wired headphones, and not even bring the special and expensive smart phone with me right. So the GPS is a welcome nice feature that can give Garmin sport watches a run for their money.

I debated fitness trackers for awhile before replacing my old charge 2 with the charge 4. I've not been disappointed!Pros: Accurate heart rate and sleep tracking (including oxygen level fluctuations), and I really like the Active Zone minutes feature, which tracks your cardio activity toward a goal each week. Plus, they have a good variety of programmed exercise options - I've tried boot camp, weights, walk, run, swimming, and kayaking ("outdoor exercise"), and they all tracked well. It syncs easily with your phone for notifications (or that can be turned off if you want to disconnect). I like that it has a button feature for control. Also, I have a small wrist, and I don't like anything bulky, so I appreciate the size.Cons: It's hard to wake up the screen just by raising your arm (can take a really big arm swing and it doesn't always catch it without using the button), and if you're outside in full sunlight, the display is hard to see. I had also read enough reviews about the GPS draining that I decided to turn that feature off for walks or runs, though to be honest, that hasn't really bothered me, since it's still tracks distance and other stats like that without GPS. If I go for a longer hike, I'll just plan to turn it back on.Overall, the charge 4 has the features I wanted without the ones I don't, and its smaller size means I can forget it's there when I'm not working out.

Love my fitbit for the features I use. I have owned this Fitbit since August and have not been disappointed. It works reliably, synchronises with the Fitbit app. I use the basic features of exercise, steps, sleep analysis and fluid count. It maintains its charge for an average 4 days.I give it credit for disciplining my daily health and fitness.

Love this product!! I was of the opinion that I didn't need one of these, didn't need to jump on the Fitbit fad. I have an iphone and try to always keep it on me and track my steps and log my cycling. I have for years, and it's cool to see my annual step count go up steadily over the last 4 years. I got the Fitbit because someone told me about the sleep function and at the time I was having spells of sleepless nights. I am SO glad I did, it's awesome I love it!! I love getting to 10,000 steps a day and the little motivational buzz when you get there - you just want to throw your hands in the air and congratulate yourself, everyday! I've also had some weeks where I hit 100,000 steps, which is AWESOME! I'm not a die hard exerciser or gym rat or anything, but I love walking/hiking and cycling. It very much meets my need!! The sleep tracker is cool too, however it's not 100% accurate. It seems okay at night, but if I wake up at say 5:30am and lay in bed for another 30 min - it still tracks that extra 30 min as sleep. Or if my toddler wakes me up at 2am, then I can't fall back asleep for an hour - it still tracks that hour as sleep. It's still cool and I like the sleep function, but with a grain of salt. This happens regardless of if I adjust the sleep sensitivity setting or the tightness of the band. All in all, highly recommend this product!!
