This mat is so cool. My 2 year old grandson loves it. We do all kind of activities with this mat. Markers won’t write on your table or floors. Great gift for those toddlers just learning to paint

This art mat is great for cleanup. I can just carry it to the sink and wash it off before I was using a glass board and I would have to wait and scrape the dry paint off but this it just peels right off.

The Fitous Silicone Painting Mat is a 20"x16" silicone sheet that provides a non-stick surface for your crafting and DIY projects. While it does protect your work surface, the material is somewhat flimsy and can be difficult to clean. The segmented design is not particularly useful in practice, making a simple silicone tablecloth a potentially more practical choice. Despite its drawbacks, the mat does serve its purpose and could be a helpful tool for protecting your work area during crafting projects.

Every time my kids want to make art, we usually have them do it on a cardboard box on the floor, and put paint directly on the cardboard. Easy to clean up/throw away, but it also means we're always stashing cardboard boxes for craft activities. This mat fulfills this need, and takes up less space.I like that it has wells for putting paint, and that it comes with its own water container and set of different sized paint brushes.The mat is much lighter and thinner than I expected, so it takes some finagling to get it to lay flat on the floor or table without wrinkling up. I think this could be frustrating for kids if they disturb the edges and the mat wrinkles up when they're trying to do careful artwork. It might be more effective to tape the edges down to the surface while using this.As well, the mat is pretty small in dimension. It would easily fit a letter sized page, but becomes less useful for working on larger scale paper, especially since you want some mat space around the page to catch the mess.
