I had a difficult time installing this, but I got it figured out after doing the following:1. Don't glue the three tabs in the image (the three on the inside face) because they get in the way of clipping it back onto the console. You may want to cut them off, which is what I had to do because I glued them.2. Leave some room above the inside tabs or cut a space above them to allow them to clip onto the console.3. Use Gorilla-Super Glue, I tried three different glues that didn't work. Gorilla super glue was super easy and effective. I think other brands of super glue would be fine.Important Note: These suggestions might make the boot less secure as there is less surface area holding it onto the frame. However, this is what I had to do to make it fit. I'm confident it won't be a problem, but do it at your own risk. I hope this will make the installation easier for you. (This is NOT a sponsored message or review).Once I got it on tight, it looked great! No complaints. The sellers may want to include some instructions or a video tutorial for installation.

It's a bit thicker than what was there. Installation wasn't that easy. Have to use contact cement to glue to the old plastic bezel. It being thicker makes the bezel pop up out of place for how I glued it up. Your skill and ability to install will have a lot to do with the outcome. If it was thinner leather I'd give five stars. Still a good product that I'm glad was available. A factory replacement would have cost a lot more, but had a better result. Still glad I went this route though.

My boyfriend just got a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX, with no boot for the shifter or e break, we got this to help spruce it up, it fits perfectly. We did have to cut a piece of the trim as the e break wasn’t sitting all the way, but easy to install and perfect!
