We had a dresser with a top which was totally disconnected from the rest of it. There were four hardware pieces which had "gone missing" during a move. We didn't even know what they were called, we just dealt with the disconnected top. Then I saw this set and gave it a try. It was awesome to find four or these were exactly what we needed. They fit perfectly, and are holding securely.

This is a poor quality set. I have found that for two of the three cams, they were manufactured incorrectly which means that they will not fit into the hole that's been drilled. This is very problematic as these types of fasteners only work if the cam fits very tightly into the hole, and given that for the majority of these cams they are bent, they will not sit properly in the hole. Best to look elsewhere.
