While this shoe was an extra wide size which I understand is a 4E width, it did not fit me properly. I have worn a competitor's brand athletic shoe in a 4E for years but the most recent version I received of their shoe had changed so I thought I would try the Fitville shoe. Unfortunately it simply was not comfortable so I returned it. To be clear, I have a wide foot and many brands don't work for me. I'm sure the Fitville shoe would work for other buyers but it wasn't for me.

Super comfy and roomy, I wore these to the grocery store to get a feel for them and break them in a bit before an 8 hour shift. Usually my feet ache right away and I'm dying to take them off when I get home. I hadn't even realized I was on my feet for a hour and a half before I had left the store. Not one ache or pain and I feel this was money well spent. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and I'm looking forward to working in these shoes.

With flat feet I have used risers with other shoes that are not needed with these which is is more convenient. Comfortable with the wide fitting and excellent grip

I wear a mens 14 x wide, the shoe looks good, feels good and fits well with enough room for a guy who has had bunion surgery on both outer toes. Ive only had the shoes for a week, seem to be well constructed. Im excited that I may have found a long term solution to a well fitting shoe! Hopefully they stay consistent with the manufacturing process.

Quick summary: 2 weeks of daily wear on a European trip (some days I walked 8-10 miles) and these shoes made it possible!It’s difficult to find the right shoes for my flat, wide feet. I have bunions & bone spurs & post-tibular issues that hurt in dress shoes & other sneakers. I’ve been wearing Footville for 4 years now and they feel like a cloud—even WITH my enormous custom orthotics. The wide toe box is a joy. I like the style and navy color. Note: Hokas & Nike & Skechers & others didn’t work for me. Fitville does. They need to make the tread thicker because they wear out in 6 mos of waking. I do 3-5 miles/day.
