Overall I felt like the locks provided a good value. The cable was nice and long and connecting it to the laptop was fairly simple. We are using these locks that will rarely move so I am not sure how they would do with multiple re-connects. I know that other units have like a quick release but they are much more expensive.

So i figured i wanted to replace my keyed Kensington locks just because this one is cheaper and theirs was out of stock at the time.... What i like is its easy to use. What i dont like is how loose it is in the Kensington slot on my laptops. i tested to see if that was a problem if enough force was applied but still stayed put so i guess ill just accept it. I might get Kensington's locks though once in stock just because.... I rather have a lock with a solid grip that doesnt move at all like my keyed locks that i replaced. -2 stars due to the issue.

I bought these to replace some computer locks that have black letters on silver. It has become difficult to read the numbers in a darkened room. These white letters really pop, even in dim light. You still need a flashlight, but I don't feel like my eyes are straining.
