I bought these thinking they were steel. This is garbage. Get a steel cog. I don't think these cogs would last a month of heavy riding. Also it said it came with a lock ring. It did not come with a lock ring.Save your money for steel. Steel is real!

The ring seems to be exactly as advertised, it's well machined, the tolerances are tight, and it looks good. I do wish I'd have paid closer attention to the fact that it comes with a BB style 44mm 16 notch lock ring, rather than the conventional 4 notch lock ring you typically see on rear cogs. I don't think there's anything wrong with the design, it's probably better actually, but I didn't have the appropriate tool for it, and I think most people shopping for fixed rear cogs like this are more likely to have a cog lockring tool than a BB lockring tool, so you might need to add a $20 specialty tool to your purchase in order to properly install the lockring.
