This was so easy to build that my fiancé built it while I worked. She was so exited that she couldn’t wait. It looks great and she uses it for make up daily. She’s petite so she looks really cute.

My bathroom had no storage at all, but just enough room for this little vanity desk. It was fairly easy to assemble and I love the ability to hang my hair dryer and curling iron for easy access. The drawers are perfect for all my cosmetics and other necessities and having a few extra outlets is always appreciated! The metal framing gives it a lot of stability and I liked the drawers being fabric and all I had to do was unwrap. I gave it 4 out of 5 because the instructions left me with missing screws, luckily I had other screws to substitute.

Super cute! Daughter loves it. The only issue I have I the screws the connect the seat with the frame of the seat aren't long enough to connect the two pieces together.

The vanity is perfect for the small space I had available in the bedroom, but the stool came with a tear in the cushion. It’s really unfortunate because I now have to be careful to turn the stool in such a way that the tear faces away. I would return it, but I have already broken down all the boxes.

Despite a few challenges in assembly, all and all this is a fine small vanity, with a wealth of positive structural and functional features. The back, for example, incorporates a classic X-brace, adding rigidity and reducing bending stresses on the fasteners. Lightweight but rigid fabric drawers are used to advantage in order to limit weight, which already seems substantial for such a small unit. Given the weight of the superstructure it may even tend towards top-heaviness, though fortunately this is concentrated towards the back, and does not appear to increase the risk of tipping forward. We can also mention the illuminated (USB-powered) mirror and the integrated power outlet, including an extra USB-A socket for the mirror, as well as good-looks; it's got lots of that.A wide variety of fasteners are used, and the strength of the welded box-tube frame seems exceptional—the bolted and screwed-down composite board will of course be somewhat weaker. It's with the fasteners that I think the assembly plans stumble somewhat—in fact become downright unclear. The bolts and screws are sealed in lettered clear plastic pouches, a good thought, except that the low contrast red letters are almost impossible to read on clear plastic when seen against the contents. The diagrammatic parts list creates riddles, using the "x" symbol both for "by" and "times", with some identical unlabeled digits applied to the same parts; and the part counts are all N+1, not a bad thing, but increasing confusion—mine also inexplicably doubled the count of one bolt type. Finally, could not the design avoid using 6 mm bolts in both 28 mm and 30 mm lengths, and 35 mm as well?OK, I figured it out in the end — your best bet is to measure the bolts, bearing in mind that the thickness of the head doesn't count in the nominal length—but should you even have to contemplate such a fastener-nerd sentence?Wars we win are less likely to end in second-guessing the winning side—we won, didn't we?—so I can't hammer their team too hard, as they delivered a furnishing delighting a person who wanted a vanity, but some beta-testing of assembly would not hurt; or was this the beta testing? It's a very nice small vanity, but leave yourself time for an unhurried assembly if you plan to give this as an Xmas gift. It's likely to be a hit.
