These worked great in the pouring rain at the AC/DC concert. They have 3 settings which are solid light, slow blinking light, and fast blinking light. I gave them 3 stars instead of 4 because they are very tight and uncomfortable on my small female head.

Only wore them for maybe half an hour Oct 31 2023 but during that time I had no discomfort and they stayed on my head just fine while walking around. I would take time to find them and post measurements except I see these are no long available. (Large is an accurate description...big but I wouldn't say too big.) To change the battery/batteries requires a teeny tiny (eyeglasses) screwdriver so that's less than convenient. I don't know if they'll be ok a year from now or not with the battery staying inside.
