All you have to do is use the allen key to put in screws which should be simple! However, the screws they gave me were way too long, which I didn't think about being a thing before putting them in, and the punctured right through the top of the bench and the legs are still loose.

I decided to write this because nobody else gave any details so far. I picked this one over the Amazon basics because it goes up higher and the leg bars are welded all the way around to the horizontal floor pieces. It also has the 2 inch square tubing across the length of the bench top as a beam, and is weldes to the vertical leg peices. All for good strength. I also like that the height locks have a spring and pin inside so that you can pull out on it to adjust the height, then let it click into the next position. Then crank it back in a couple quarter turns to lock it tight (one on each side). The other two height knobs don't seem to serve any purpose for at home so I left them off. I can't see myself ever using them. All they do is add extra fiddling to adjust it. Maybe a gym would like them for extra safety, but i see no need. Overall it's very sturdy the way it is. No wiggle at all, its solid. I'm glad i got this one and have no complaints
