definitely not a NOGA and I knew that before ordering it arrived in timely fashion , packaged well as for product the magnet would be nice if a little bit stronger it will work though, the arms locked securely Except at base on the pivot ball tightened the bleeps out of it and wouldn't hold I loosened and removed the tighten knob bolt there are some chamfers cut on the ends of the linking rods that were quite rough (unfinished) and I polished them up to nice finish reassembled now I have a good grip on pivot ball
