This bit punched slid behind the trim next to the wall and punched right through the floor. I found it in the basement and I was off by about 5in. I moved the bit down the wall behind the trim and lined everything up perfectly. Best part - you couldn't even tell that I drilled the first hole!it worked so well I had to try a random spot on the carpet to see if it would wind the carpet like every other drill bit I've used. The manufacturer said it would not wind the carpet and they were right! wow... this is a fantastic bit!
