This waterproof fanny pack proves to be a reliable companion for outdoor activities, earning a solid 4 stars. The IP68 waterproof protection lives up to its claim, keeping my essentials dry during a recent kayak trip. The adjustable belt is indeed extra-long, accommodating various body sizes and allowing for comfortable wear as either a waist pack or a crossbody sling. The spacious interior easily held my phone, wallet, and other necessities, and the floating design is a welcome feature, providing peace of mind when near water. The PU material feels durable, and the reinforced D-rings add a sense of ruggedness, suggesting it can withstand the rigors of outdoor adventures.However, the zippers presented a noticeable challenge. They were consistently difficult to open and close, requiring extra effort and sometimes a bit of a struggle. This is particularly inconvenient when you're trying to quickly access something while on the move, or when your hands are wet or cold. It's a minor annoyance that detracts from an otherwise well-designed product. For a product aimed at activities where quick access might be necessary, such as fishing or boating, smoother zipper operation would significantly enhance the user experience. Despite this, the pack's overall functionality and waterproof capabilities make it a worthwhile purchase for anyone needing to protect their valuables in wet environments.

Great fanny pack. It has some structure to it unlike other funny packs. The pack seems to be made of quality material. Also the zipper shut tight as to not let water in. The tranp is also nice to feel

This floating waterproof fanny pack with extra long adjustable belt is ideal for a day at the water park. Living in Florida you definitely need that! It is secure, keeps everything inside completely waterproof. I like wearing it as a crossbody bag as opposed to around my waist. This bag would be perfect for a day swimming, kayaking, boating, a beach day, fishing and especially a waterpark. It is comfortable, good to take when traveling especially if you are visiting somewhere where it is rainy season.

This great for walks on the beach and hiking? I took it on a trip some waterfalls and it was just a life saver for me wallet and phone, size is perfect and comfortable.

Most Fanny packs have 2 layers of protection - a “zip lock” type and a secondary type.This one is different, the actual zipper is waterproof. So in order to make sure it is airtight you have to zipper it carefully and completely. The only way to know for sure it is sealed is to keep extra air in the pack, zip it up, and push down trying to force the air out - and if no air escapes it is sealed.So this would really only work well for a bag you don’t need to open and close often - maybe at the beginning of a water adventure and not opening it until your water adventure is done.And for something like that, where you would want it to float, that would be fine. In any other circumstances I would use a different pack.

If you are needing a fannypack or sling tote pack that will give you some water protection, maybe this will work for you. But as an everyday type of fannypack, this feels awkward and uncomfortable to carry. The zippers are very difficult to open, close and zip. And it doesn't have any internal organizer features like pockets or dividers.I'm not sure I would trust this to be "waterproof" if I was spending a day kayaking, paddle boarding, or even just hanging out on the beach or pool. It definitely will give you better water protection though than a cloth fanny pack or bag.The zippers do not move easily, so I wouldn't want to be unzipping and zipping this lots of times each day. And it is particularly difficult to do the last half-inch of zipping (or initial unzipping), which may add to it's water-resistance, but again makes this less than ideal as a convenient carry day-bag or waist-pack.If you need the additional water protection, maybe this will be a good option for you. Otherwise, it's not my first choice for a convenient fannypack or sling bag.
