  • Ensure your space is debris-free and ideally on concrete or low pile carpet.

  • Before installing, let the rolls acclimate for 48-72 hours and weigh down both ends to allow them to expand.

  • If your rolls refuse to lay flat, they may be laid too close to one another. Increase the spacing between mats or try flipping them to aid gravity in flattening them.

  • Your rolls have most likely contracted during transit and will continue to expand to their correct length upon being taken out of their packaging. If you believe this is a manufacturing issue, we would be happy to correct the issue.

  • Essential tools for installation include a utility knife. Consider optional tools like a T-Square and Ez Grip Movers for added convenience and precision.

This item came with a piece missing and it was wrapped in plastic when it arrived and the plastic around it was torn. I submitted a return and now I need to find a box to return it in? I cannot find a box to fit this large rubber roll. This makes it very inconvenient and I would not buy again for this very reason.
