Installed on 1980 z28 camaro. They rub 1 of the following places no matter how they are adjusted… sway bar links, frame rail, leaf spring. Had to cut them up and re bend them to make them work. For the price of them they should fit. Total waste of money.

once I figured out how they were to be installed on the car, first time installing on a Firebird, they fit very well. installing while the car is on a lift is a huge help.

The fit of these tail pipes is perfect. Nice clean bends and perfectly matched. Absolutely no adjustments needed to either side. Very impressed

chopped them up for a 55 chevy pu tail pipe set to clear the rear gas tank . worked great!

These are advertised to fit 1979-1981 Pontiac Firebird/TransAm. While they do "fit", the do not really work. Depending on the positioning they will hit in 2 of three places; the frame, the leaf-springs, and/or the sway bar links. Maybe without a rear sway bar you could make them work, but I cannot recommend since they will clunk or rub in those places on 79-81 Firebirds.
