Aggressive sound, moderate volume at a decent price. If you're looking for a nice sound, that is neighborhood friendly, Flowmaster is your best option. Reputable brand with a long history will provide a great exhaust for your Mustang SN95. My 04 GT sounds like it should. NOTE: THE BOX IS HUGE. I had a shop put it together, so make sure you have it shipped directly to them if you do not have a truck available. Otherwise, I'm more than satisfied with my purchase!

Great sound for my 02 Mustang GT. Great fit and easy install. I do have a little tic, having to track down. But initially it was perfect. I'm sure the clamps need retightning.

The passenger side tip was a little misshapen. Unfortunately I didn't notice until after it was on the car. Other than that it fit fine (tailpipes were a pain in the rear to get over the axle) and sounds great. Mine is paired with Kooks headers and catted x pipe so it's nice and quiet at idle and really comes alive on throttle. Big disadvantage to this system is the highway drone. Buts it's pretty much a guarantee when you are sitting on top of the mufflers.

Went on with no issues. Great quality except for cheap clamps. I little quieter then what I took off( not sure of brand because it has no markings) but still a nice rumble.

Love these pipes! I wanted something a little louder on my 04 Mustang, but not something that would drive me crazy when I'm driving with the top down or cruising. These were the perfect choice! Nice sounding, but not too overly loud. Little louder than the stock pipes, but a nice rumble.

This exhaust system was ordered to replace a pricier, MUCH louder Borla Stinger system. My car is heavily modified, and I needed to quiet it down to avoid being lynched by my neighbors.Like any exhaust kit with clamps, this was easy enough to install. It fits a lower-price need (aluminized steel vs stainless... Stainless is also available) and still sounds reasonably "aggressive" when accelerating.Things I'd change:The Borla system utilizes an extra clamped joint at the mid-pipe. This allows you to adjust where the tips are in the bumper cutouts, and it adds nothing to installation complexity. The Flowmaster tips sit at the same spot relative to each other, but I'd like to have them sit out a touch more.Speaking of the tips, it would be nice if they had rolled edges, or double-walled construction, or anything other than single-wall slash-cut stainless. It should look better than the result of welding mufflers into the stock system, and it doesn't. On a 99-04 Mustang GT's bumper, 4" rolled edge angled tips fill the space and look good; Flowmaster makes this kind of tip and it would be nice to see it incorporated. Again, the advantage in quality and thought put into the system goes to Borla. The U-bolt clamps included worked fine for installation, but I'm not sure if they'd be re-usable if I wanted to remove the exhaust for any reason due to the crimping action on the pipes. A wide, heavy duty ring clamp could be used and, in addition to guaranteeing re-use ability of the system, it helps to get a more even seal by having only one tightening point. In summary, get it for the price and the mildly aggressive sound. It's a functional system as-is, and you'll only notice the differences if you're changing from a better designed system.

2004 V6 Mustang: I decided to spend the extra money on Flowmaster than going cheap with MAC and it was worth every penny. If you're thinking about putting dual exhaust on a 6 cyl this is the catback to go with. I used the Pacesetter Adapter Kit to convert my stock Y Pipe to an H and bolted this catback right up. It's not raspy and gives that low rumble (nothing is going to give you the sound of two more cylinders but this gets pretty darn close)great tone, and great sounding exhaust. Go for it! ;)Also though, if you do convert a 6 cyl to true dual exhaust you will need one more hanger for the passenger's side (since this kit is made for a GT it doesn't include one) but the shop I took mine too just welded the bracket holding the tailpipe to the car and it fixed my problem.
