This is soft, cute, and the perfect size. It's missing stuffing in my opinion. It's very squishy and flat. This will be paper thin with time wear. Will provide absolutely no support for anything. It saddens me because it's so cute. I may have to add more stuffing to it.

Pillow came separate from the outside. The lilac sham looks used and dirty. The "pillow: is flat and doesn't add any fluffiness to it.

My nurse mentioned a heart shaped pillow to put under my arm after surgery and I was so glad she did. This works great to rest under your arm and I also used it as protection when my doggies wanted to get too close. I will say that it needed more stuffing, but it has a zipper and I just added two pillow cases inside. It washes up great too!
