I purchased 4 of these and 2 were bad out of the box, a 3rd one failed within a year. 4th one is about 6 weeks old now and hopefully it will last. I have this a 2 star because they are great in design for what I need, but evidently they have mfg flaws. They come with a case that causes stress on the clamp cable; basically too small. Fluke web site does not recognize product to get a manual.
