This is Toto item THU-440A. Fixed my intermittently running toilet. If you shut off your water to the toilet and the level doesn't hold, this is what you need. It's a quick and easy replacement. Comes with the silicone gasket.Only complaint - It was hard to find the item in a search because of the weird title it has on Amazon.

Admittedly the title says "top half" but it was not clear what that was supposed to mean. This is *not* the entire flush tower that is pictured. It is only the plunger!!

I contacted TOTO customer support regarding my toilet which would sometimes not close the drain all the way, leading to running water. After viewing a video I took of the problem, they recommended replacing this part. It took less than 5 minutes to install and has worked perfectly since.
