After reading the reviews, I was hesitant in purchasing these birds. I received these birds today, and, it was nice to see that they came in bubble wrap in a box that fit them perfectly. When I unwrapped them, they were exactly what the picture showed. I'm glad I made the decision to purchase them

I was hoping I’d be the one that these arrived wo any damage.,.wrong, one wing broken off the other beak broken off. They are very cute, tho I think they are not resin appear more like some kind of ceramic. However whatever the material even if resin damage would have happened with the way they are packed. Shame on the seller to not rectify after so many complaints You’d think with all these complaints, they would try to wrap them better but they needed much more careful packing.

The item is very pretty but, it was broken when I received it. I glued the wing back on promptly after receiving it because it was a gift.

Very pretty and great price.needs to be shipped by its self in a box . My birds was shipped with other orders so both was broke .

The birds are cute, but cheaply made. One of them won't sit upright. Additionally, my set of two arrived with both birds' beaks broken off. The manufacturer packed them each in very thin cellophane bags, stapled shut. No little box for each, nor individually bubble-wrapped. TheN, the birds were placed in a mailing box that was much too large for the fragile items. Although there were a couple of air pillows in the box, it wasn't enough protection to keep the birds from hitting the sides of the box and each other, thus the broken beaks.

Despite the beak of one of the hummingbirds breaking off, I am happy with what I received. The product is well executed in size and appearance; it is what I better than what I expected.However, the packaging is insufficient to prevent one of the bird's beak from snapping off. Fortunately, I was simply able to glue it back on. This particular damage is a common complaint as far as defects go.I guess you take your chance when you order this product.

The item looks great except shipping was terrible. Loose in the box and it broke the tip off the beak. I’m re-ordering.
