Says foam wheel, its hard plastic. I keep as it was fairly cheap.To good to be true get what you pay for.

I have a 1974 Super Beetle Dune Buggy and a 15" standard wheel rubs hard on my thighs when driving. Replaced it with this in 5 min. Bolt holes lined up, pretty strong little wheel, feels nice on hands and a cheap option that can be swapped quickly for another driver if needed. if they included a nicer center cap I'd be grateful. One that comes with it is so cheap looking I'd rather just show the bolts.

We bought this to replace my older son’s Nerf Racer plastic steering wheel after it broke off from wear and tear. It worked out great! My younger son is requesting we do the same for his now.
