This item is great for improving balance at home. It is a smaller version of the foam beam that I used at Physical Therapy. It is light and easily stored. I recommend it highly for anyone with a balance deficit. I use a cane with it for safety purposes.

The pad is more narrow and firmer than the original you see for twice as much money. If you have big feet like me, you will get 5 steps heal to toe. I think the original is better and being less firm causes more resistance and less stability. Flip side is, this pad is easier to balance on. If you are very weak from injury/ surgery easier can be better. I had hip replacement and it is helping with my recovery. I would recommend to people who will use it at home for rehab without spending 150.

Helping with my physical therapy on the days that I’m not in the actual facility. Very sturdy and makes it fun at the same time.

Ordered this for stability practice based on recommendation of my physical therapist. Lightweight but durable ... easy to move from place to place in house as needed. My husband enjoys using it as well. Hard to master completely but I can see it is good practice.

Just what I ordered. I ordered 1 they sent a case of 6. They gifted the other 5 and I donated them. How did they miss the detail between 1 and a case?
