These foam inserts fit my Milwaukee pack out 48*22*8424 case very nicely. While the shape of the foam inserts is not 100 % exact, it does fit the case and will not move around. Be aware that the foam does not fill up the entire case. Height wise, the two pieces of foam are approximately one inch short. The thinnest foam insert is one inch high, while the thicker insert is 2 inches high. Personally I would have preferred either two 2 inch foam inserts or an additional one inch foam insert. I'm guessing that this will fit an 8450 case just fine, however the 8425 case which is even deeper than the 8424 case will have additional empty space.The foam is easy to cut to be able to store whatever tools or accessories that you want to have in your pack out.Overall I think this is a great product just be aware of the height of the foam pieces.

Just drop it in your packet and it's ready to go. I haven't cut in any tools yet because I am not sure what tools I want to keep in my case. So I am using only a section of the foam and it does a great job of keeping everything secure.
