We received a different color than what was pictured. When I messaged the seller, they stated they were aware of it but unable to do anything. If I wanted a full refund, the shipping costs were my responsibility because shipping something different from what was pictured wasn't "a problem with the product." I wouldn't have ordered if I knew the color would be different, as these were for my husband and he likes the blue better. The quality is fine and they'll be used still but still frustrating that the seller was not honest in what was being sent out.
