Broke on 3rd cast. We were using a pompano rig with a 2oz pyramid weight and it came apart. I would reglue the end back in but it went flying into the waves. My daughter picked this out for her first surf rig and it left her in defeat. Don’t waste your money on this. Buy the name brand cast cannon. Mine has been slinging 8oz and bait for years and is still solid.
