It came a in a box a little beat up but other than that it's perfect. Has the rubber like I hoped also a lot more sturdy then other reviews said. Came with two very cute toys that swim when wound up and extra suction cups! It's perfect and I'm not sure what others are getting cause mine is perfect and worth $20

This seat has been recalled it is unsafe to use it is flimsy ,falls apart , and tips over if there is too much water.
