Surprised how sturdy they are. Bought 2 haven’t actually used them camping yet but setup in livingroom with out double sized foam mattress & very happy with quality. We primarily were wanting to be off ground with space to store some things underneath. Love how lightweight they are with no compromise on strength.

This product is easy to put together and is comfortable to sleep on. When packed, it’s small enough to fit in an average suitcase and has saved us in a few spots as a family of 5. Good quality. No complaints so far!

We’re getting older and want to camp comfortably. This was easy to bring along because it has its own bag and you don’t have to struggle to put it in because it’s large enough. The set up was super easy but had to read the manual for one step of securing the legs. When sleeping on it it feels like a hard tensioned surface. You can add stuff to it to make it more home like but it does make a bit of a sound if you keep moving.Overall these are wonderful.

I ordered another cot made by this brand at the same time as this one. The other one came first and I was underwhelmed by it. So when this one came, I was reluctant to get it out and put together. To my delight, I actually love this one and think we will be using it frequently. It goes together super easily and quickly. I love, love, love the lever lock feature. I think that was my favorite part of the other one as well. It lets us weaker people easily assemble without having to wrestle anything into place. This one sits high enough for adults to realistically use, with the leg extensions. Good size and pretty comfortable. And it folds down into an almost unbelievably small bag for a cot. A nice addition.

[UPDATE 8/17/22: I was really disappointed to find one of the Lacal cots have its leg come off. I thought that my 6-year-old son did something or sat at such a weird angle, that the leg fell off. But then that same night, I found my lower body crashing towards the cold floor: the bottom and middle legs came off! I am not sure if I did not snap them securely enough or there is a design flaw. For now, I have updated my 5-star review to just 2 stars until I get a chance to test again for a multi-night trip. I will have to bring sleeping mats with me as backup, just in case.]A few months ago, I never knew I would find a lightweight, portable cot! That cot from Lacal DESERVEDS 5 stars. Then I came across this new model with optional legs that would raise the cot up by a few feet -- being above the ground adds some warmth AND provides some storage space underneath.I am an avid hiker, camper, backpacker, and also overland/boondock. My gear for those activities total over $5,000 (I kid you not!) as I go through quite a lot of them for different situations.Camping cots are a strong recommendation when winter camping -- every inch you are off the ground keeps you vastly warmer than closer to the cold bottom. Cots also can be comfortable to sleep on (definitely to use as a seat) and allow for storage underneath. If you ever come across a rainy situation, your raised sleeping quarter can save you a lot of frustration with suddenly waking up with a wet bottom. With all that said, what I really love about this cot is that it is LIGHT. Light enough for wilderness backpacking. It also is small and folds up like a small one- or two-person tent (if you do not include the optional legs). Assembly is fairly easy, but most importantly, once everything was stretched out, it was VERY comfortable.I took it on a test to see how it would sleep overnight in comparison to my Therm-A-Rest sleeping pad. I prefer this cot hands-down. I am also a fan of the light blue color.

This camping cot is super impressive. I was not expecting this to be such an easy set up. This comes neatly packed in a carry bag.The longer side rods just snap open super quick and are inserted on side loop of the fabric. There are 3 support legs that snap on the longer rod and are secured with lever lock. There are additional pieces of rods if you need to increase the height of cot. These additional rods lock onto the support legs and the whole structure is very stable and tough. The fabric is also very strong and lightweight. It took me just 10 minutes to assemble this cot . Disassembling is also very easy and quick.I am really impressed with the quality of this camping cot. It's very comfortable to sleep on. I personally don't like sleeping on ground because that gives me backache. This cot is a blessing for me and now I can enjoy camping more than before. This is very good for people with joint issues. They can sit and sleep on this without any pain. I love the quality and easy set up.

I thought taking a cot on a camping trip was way too luxurious and would be a pain in the neck to assemble. I was wrong. This barely takes up any packing room at all. And it was simple to put together...like, really simple. I didn't really even need the directions. There are 2 ways to set it up, so you can leave some of the parts at home if you assemble it the shorter way.Boy was it NICE to have something up above the ground to sit on, inside the tent! I did not expect to like this very much but I REALLY appreciated having a raised surface in the tent! It was helpful when getting dressed, when organizing things, and when packing back up.It was nice to be raised above the lumps and bumps of the ground. Even though I have a really decent sleeping pad, the gentle support of the cot is an added bonus.I weight 230 and had no issues with sleeping on this. We're planning a hotel trip and we'll be bringing this cot with us so the kids don't have to share the sofa bed...those sofa beds are always touch and go as far as comfort/quality, but I know this cot will work fine if we need it. Looking forward to using it for teen sleepovers at home, too.It stores a lot smaller than I expected. Pleasant surprise; great item!
