This is a rather simple product but designed fairly well. You can collapse it and store in a nice small area. In the packaging, you get the main product, balance stick, instruction sheet, 4 square pads, resistance loop and a nonskid sheet. I initially just flipped the product open and started testing it out, very slippy. Of course I wasn't using the balance stick at all either, just feet out, in, squat. Then I figure I look at the instructions. The 4 pads you attach to the top side at the ends. On the bottom of the product there are 6 square design points on each side you think you should place the pads at as they fit perfectly, but alas. After that, it was mostly me just figuring out everything. You hook the loop on the bottom of the shoe/feet parts and that makes things easier. I noticed another user showing frustration with the balance stick, but mine was like a clamp. Unclamp, pull up, depress the button as you need and you get 3 holes to choose height. So, I initially tested this in the downstairs on carpet, no movement very stable. Then I tested it in the dining room on bare floors with the non-slip sheet, stable again. For the price, not a bad kit to have for at home Pilates. The only catch is, with the resistance loop hooked on both ends, you really can't fully collapse. But a simple unhook of one and you're good to go. Now the other weird part is, the product pic does show attachments to turn this into a push up pec dec, but they're not included, and the instructions do say "leg training machine". So perhaps multiple kits.

I wanted to give this a try because it looked similar to Pilates reformer machines I've seen in the past, but the quality is not there. Although it does seem sturdy as far as the build, it doesn't stay in one place and shifts when you use it. Additionally, it didn't come with any directions, even though it says it does. What I don't like is that it came with a netting, almost similar to what you use to line shelves, to put the reformer on, now how is that going to keep this in one spot? It comes with a balancing stick that you need an allen wrench to get taller, which isn't included. It also does not stay in place once you tighten the balancing tool, so you're not able to really even use it. It came with lots of pieces and no instructions on what you're supposed to do with them. I also got this because it showed attachments for your arms in the photos but it doesn't come with any attachments for your arms. Overall, I'd skip this product because it's not worth the hassle of trying to use it.

This reformer is lightweight, quiet, and easy to fold away. Great for full-body toning, especially legs and core. I love having a convenient option for Pilates at home. The design feels sturdy and smooth during workouts—very happy with it!

I received this product in exchange for an honest review through the amazon vine program.I have been wanting to check out one of these types of workout equipment for a while. I do some light aerobics and pilates on some days and I thought this could enhance my workout.There were no instructions included in the box but it was not too hard to figure out. You just have to put the bands on it. It does not have a lot of weight to it and slides easily so use caution when getting off or on it. They do include a mesh material that (I think) is supposed to go underneath it so help it stay in place but it does not do much in that regard.Once you get it put together, you step (carefully) onto the two foot pedals on either side and then you spread and contract your legs to work out your upper legs, lower, back and glute areas. There is not much to this device other than that. The listing says it supports weights of at least 330lbs but it, but I weigh half that and it I am not sure it could support twice my weight. They do include an arm support pole in the box and it is pretty sturdy if you need extra support.I gave it four stars because I think it mostly does what the listing says. Not sure if I would pay full retail, but it looks like it is frequently on sale.

This BestOkay Foldable Pilates Reformer Machine offers a convenient option for home workouts, especially with its portable and relatively silent design. It does provide a decent workout that engages the core and legs, and the foldable feature is a definite plus for those with limited space. The eco-friendly aspect is also a nice touch.However, there are a couple of areas where this reformer falls a bit short. The overall sturdiness could definitely be improved. During more intense exercises, there's a noticeable wobble that doesn't inspire complete confidence. While it supports up to 330 lbs, it feels like it might be closer to its limit even with moderate use.Additionally, the included instructions could be much clearer and more detailed. As someone new to Pilates reformers, I found myself having to look up additional resources online to understand proper form and different exercises. Better guidance would significantly enhance the user experience. While it serves its basic purpose, addressing the stability and instruction issues would make this a much more compelling product.
