Directions.... you so need no stinking directions, throw away that half page of pictures just slap the thing together.Maybe a real BBQ man could handle the complexities of keeping those pellets lite. But me? I'ma just sitting here eating my raw chicken writing this review.

Thermometer broken/incorrect on first use. Read 150° while handheld read 240° (on gas burner).

Easy enough to put together and it made us some great smoked ribs and tri tips. Used it camping and will use it often since we camp a lot! Easy to take down and clean. Gets pretty smokey on the inside, but was able to clean it up well. Highly recommend.

I must admit Hubby had to tinker with it and figure out how to put it together. Once he got it together he smoked the meat with special chips that he got. The meat came out great. He really enjoyed using it. Said it worked great and is easy to carry around and store. Overall nice portable smoker.

Awesome portable smoker!! Use on any heat source. Super easy to use....put it together, put some pellets on the bottom, start the heat source, put the rack in and the food on it, close the lid and let it go!!I have done chicken, pork belly, ribs and a tri tip. All came out great!!!Highly recommend!!
