I ordered this to have a place to hang a clothing item when steaming it. This works and is a good product except…you can’t close the door with it in place. I should have noticed that before ordering but assumed that it was like other over-the-door hooks where the part that goes over the door is flat and thin enough to allow you to leave it in place when closing the door. (See the third photo.) Given that I can’t leave it on the door, I now have to find a place to store it in an already over-stuffed closet.The other thing I found that was different from the sellers’ photos is that the arm hangs down at an angle. It doesn’t affect its use but thought I’d mention it (see the first photo). It’s possible that it would hang straight on a door with a different design.If you have a door to hang this on that you rarely close, this is a good option. If not, I’d keep looking.

This is one of those gadgets you wonder how you got by without, I love it. That picture posted by the seller? That’s exactly how it sits. I put it up over the laundry door to hang dry some clothes and it folds and stores away easy when I’m done. It surprised me how strong it is. Last week I had a thick flannel shirt, a sweater, 2 tshirts and 2 undergarments hung on there and it never collapsed. It would be great for travel, dorm room, anywhere actually. Definitely recommend it.
