I had to get this gym due to the room size. I leave it in the 90⁰ setup, I cannot comment to how it is in other positions or folded. But, looks simple enough to adjust. The gym is sturdy. I have it attached to 2x6 boards that are anchored to studs. I use it on carpet. The gym came in 2 days, much faster than expected. Well packaged. No damage. Parts and hardware are all labeled extremely well. There are no written instructions, but the pictures are good enough to get the job done. Took 2 of us 3 hours to assemble. I'm 5'3, 145 lbs. It's great size for me. The cable system moves smoothly. I sprayed with silicone, but honestly that didn't make a difference. It's quiet too. I do wonder is a taller person would have issues with range of movement. The pulleys may hit if pulled too far.Not sure? KEEP IN MIND, you have to purchase all the weight plates and accessories in addition to the gym. It only comes with simple handles that work fine. I LOVE the landmine attachment.I use a 5 ft bar with the gym. 2" . It works with the j hooks ok. But, if you are doing extremely lifting, I'd go with 7" to more easily be able to rack the bar. It's tricky with 5 ft bar. Not a lot of room for error. The pull up bar is thinner than i typically see. But solid enough. Overall, I'm happy with it and get an AWESOME workout. If I had paid more, I would be less happy. Hope this helps!

Considering the price and the functionality provided, I think it’s a bargain. The only downside I’ve had with the rack have to do with the cable pulley limiting my ROM for some movements like Katana Extensions. The accessories are enough to get by, but I plan to graduate from them fairly quickly, especially the j-hooks.Overall, I believe it to be a fair price and supplements days I don’t have time get into the gym at my work.

Overall, this is a great rack, especially if you are looking for something affordable, foldable and including a cable system. It's not perfect, but everywhere it falls short is only a small drawback, and doesn't make it less of a value for the price.Assembly: The instructions are not great, but if you take your time with it it is not hard. You will definitely want a second set of hands to help. Go slow and double-check everything and it will be just fine. Since I was installing on a wall with studs and drywall, I bought 2x6s (cut to 5 feet) to mount to the studs. I chose not to install the backplate so I would have that space for storage. NOTE: The included mounting material will not work for installing through wood. You will need to get lag screws if you are not installing into a concrete wall.Cable System: It is very good. The weight horns run fairly smoothly on the guide rod, even more smoothly with about $5 worth of silicone grease. I will notice a little extra resistance if the weight is not evenly distributed on the horns (ex - a 25lb plate on one horn and a 10lb on the other) but not to the point of it affecting the movement. If you are a taller person, there are some exercises you may have to modify due to the 1:1 cable system (such as cable lateral raises). But small modifications make them work. The rack: The rear section of the rack is solid. Like REALLY solid. The part of the rack that swings open and shut is stable enough. There is some very slight side to side give when fully opened, even with the feet all the way down, but that would be expected in a pin-locked system. And the give is very slight. It doesn't harm the cable system nor does it make the cage any less safe. I have used the rack for squats, presses, and other lifts. I have loaded 225 lbs on both the j-hooks and the safety arms without any sign of strain and I feel confident it can go much higher.I have now put this through 5 heavy training sessions and it has delivered on all 5. Zero complaints. There are quite a few spots where I could point out that this could be better, but nothing that I have pointed to and thought it was poorly done or unsafe. Besides, at sub $400, I've gotten way more out of this rack than that money probably deserves.

Seemed solid enough coming out of the package and assembly, decent gym that has everything I need in the garage. However during the very first use, one of the cables popped off the pulley and completely stripped the rubber off, and one of the handle attachments ripped during a set popping the seams so all the D rings came loose. Hopefully things don’t keep breaking!

Picked this up for my home workouts. The space-saving design’s a win, though I had to adjust the stabilizer feet a bit. Decent for the price. Love it!

Has all the bells and whistles to cover for most of workout needs without having to have a gym membership. Instructions were very simple to put this together and it feels like it is made with quality material.

This rack is exactly what I wanted! The quality is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. It's definitely one of the best investments I've made for my home gym. The instruction manual is clear and easy to follow, so I was able to assemble it on my own. Plus, it's foldable, which helps save a lot of space in my home gym. Overall, given the quality and price, this is definitely a worthwhile investment.
