Initially they seem good but once you place them on the surface that needs to be stenciled, they don’t lay flat even with tape. They also warp after paint is added causing paint to bleed below and some of the paper from the stencil got stuck to my board even though it was removed right after the paint was applied. I had to re stain my wood twice. I’m returning these ASAP. The quality of these is not good. If you’re using them to trace on paper using a pencil then sure, but with any kind of paint, find something else.

All in all I like these. They are a bit thin and I don’t have a lot of confidence that they will last for a long time, but just to do a few projects they work great. I love the size. I wouldn’t use these to paint on, the cardboard/paper they are made of would probably be single use in that case. I use them to trace the letter out and then hand paint.
