We traveled 22hrs to the san diego zoo and my granddaughter chose this for her sulvenier but it was over the limit we gave her. I checked online and it was there, cheaper, and was delivered when we arrived home. Yay! It was a perfect puppet!

So when first arrived we loved it it was exactly what my 9 yr old had been asking for and wanted. He then got sick one night and it needed to be washed. It’s never been the same. The fur is matted and “ singed”. He is very disappointed it’s not soft anymore. For the money I would expect a much better quality material. The quality of the build seems to be very good. Just a poor material choice. We purchased the Folkmanis African Lion Cub.

This puppet is beautiful and beautifully made. It is really large and just fantastic. It could easily be cuddled like a regular stuffed animal, and it works wonderfully as a puppet. Folkmanis does not disappoint.
