Fongwah UHF Card Reader U6-CU-91 is our newly built model to replace WRD-130-U1. It supports keyboard emulator output and its reading range is around 100cm (depending on the tags used and working environment).

The reader supports ISO18000-6C Type tags like Alien-H3/H4/H9, Impinj M4/M5, U8/U9, UCODE G2iL, UCODE G2iM, UCODEG2 XL, UCODEG2 XM and it's compliant with EPC C1G2 Standard.

The default setting is to read EPC codes of UHF tags via keyboard emulator. ( Users without programming skills can write data and parameters can be set up with the help of configuration tool.)

Note:

Users with software development skills should make their own software according to our providing SDK if they need to integrate the device with their program.

  • A1: Our defaul setting is the device reads EPC codes via keyboard emulation output. You don't have to do anything. And you can even set up parameters with the configuration tool provided.

  • A2: Yes. But first you will need to do the settings on the config too. Change the default keyboard mode to read/write mode and then you could proceed the rest. We could provide you a step-to-step guide on it.

  • A3: We offer an easy configuration tool to help users without programming skills to set up some parameters and to read or write EPC codes easily. Moreover users can develop their own programs based on our DLL files and examples.

I bought this UHF reader for my retail shops. There was a problem when I try to write data into it but good that the seller provided timely support. It was good that they also provide SDK that is used for data tagging. It has been in use for days and it functions well so far. Nice service and reliable product! Recommend it!

This product met my expectations for a desktop RF reader. The software is good enough to read and program tags and from what I understand there is an API available for the reader also.
