These fellows will complete the stock around the manger. I do love lots of animals, I wonder if their breath helped keep the baby warm. I think Mary was in a real sized manger, mangers were long so a lot of sheep and other animals could feed . She was exhausted, so her new born son was wrapped in her cloak, covered by Joseph's cloak and snuggled asleep. Well, doesn't that make more sense than Mary giving birth and jumping onto her knees?
