Lovely, quality food warmer! Even on the lowest setting it gets pretty warm. Warm enough not to want to put your bare hands on it lol. It also warms up very quickly and is a great size. It's also aesthetically appealing.When it's rolled up, it is very compact for easy storage. I definitely recommend this product. Now, would i buy it for $60? Probably not. But an excellent product nonetheless!

I hate indecipherable directions and deceptive advertising photos. The directions indicate there is some kind of optional timer setting. If so, I can't figure it out. I THINK the automatic shut off is tied to which temperature range is chosen. Although this is a generous sized mat, it will fit about half of what the photo indicates. This does get distinctly hot....I registered almost 200 degrees with a mercury thermometer at the highest setting, too hot to leave a hand on. In fact, even with its ridges and bumps underneath, I would hesitate to have this directly on a nice table. I'll put a piece of thin plywood or cardboard under it. All that being said, I think it is otherwise a great addition to my kitchen, because I'm never able to get everything ready at the same time on Thanksgiving and there is no question this will keep dishes at a decent serving temperature. It seems well made and durable.

Hallelujah! I no longer have to make do with the broken hot plate I've been dealing with for the last 3 years. This roll-up warming mat is amazing. It's so easy to operate (unroll it, plug it in, and push a button for your desired heat setting) and you're good to go.I've been hosting our extended family Thanksgiving for years, and three years ago I pulled the hotplate that I inherited from my mother off the storage shelf in the basement, and one of its legs broke off. I couldn't go without it (and the other hotplate that I got at a yard sale eons ago) because we always have a LOT of side dishes that need to stay warm.So ever since the leg on that one hotplate broke, there's been a crazy balancing act that goes on every year as I try to prop it up with oven-safe plates, or (yes, I really tried this once) cardboard wrapped in duct tape.But no more. This warming mat takes up so little storage space, yet it rolls out to hold several serving dishes, and will clean up easily because it's silicone.I love it. So glad I got it.

After seeing one of these in use at a family function I knew I wanted to give one a shot. This worked out perfectly for us on the first go!The size was just right to keep a short stack of small, snack plates warm while also keeping a bowl of queso dip warm and gooey. I'm sure we could've had more on it but that was our first try. It heats up quick and at the medium setting seemed to be nice and even and not too hot.Will definitely be using this in the future to keep food warm and malleable, and to have warm plates for serving!

The mat is ok. It came with a defect. The cord that it comes with was a little loose when connecting so it took a couple tries to get power. It kept the food warm and did the job. Just wish it didn’t have a defect right out the bag. At the time of this review, it is advertised at $39.99. I think that’s pricey considering the quality of the product.

I got this to use at a work event where we have food available multiple times during the day. This mat worked awesome. It kept a casserole and burger patties nice and hot, and it shuts itself off after about 6 hours so it seems safer than the chafing dishes with the burner gels. It was easy to wipe off since it is silicone, and rolls up for easy storage. I am happy to have this to use at my own holiday events to help keep food warm or hot.
