This could be 3 inches wider for the JL top. I haven't used it for fear of it cracking my hard top as it seems measurements wise. It will only support 1”-1.5” of the plastic hard top before the window. Very weary of using it to hold that with such a small contact point.

I did not get money or free products for this review. I am writing it to help other who depend on Amazon reviews before buying products. Now, I got this thing in the mail this week. It took like 10 minutes to assemble. The assembly instructions are not great, it comes with two flat foam pieces, that the instructions do not mention. They are to be put inside the curves metal area that the bottom of the Jeep top goes in.My so and I removed my Wrangler top yester and sat in down into this carrier. It fit great and rolled across my basement floor with ease. It was secure and didn't move. It takes up a fourth of the floor space that It used to when I simply sat the Jeep top on the floor. I love it and it was a fairly cheap purchase.
