You can feel the tiny hairs on the back of your neck rise as the perspiration beads around your brow and your hands shake in trepidation—because the temptation is too great! There it is, the object of your desire, with its lacy white head floating like a halo over that maddeningly beautiful Belgian White, which is both golden like the gates of heaven and cloudy with a heavenly white aura. And that lovely perfume pulls you in and alludes to the inescapable flavors of sweet and zesty wheat malt which frames the crisp and creamy body before stepping aside for the spine tingling flavors of coriander and Curacao. You know you need it and the seduction is driving you mad. So go ahead. Have no fear and indulge your temptation. One innocent sip won't lead to the fall of mankind, though it will certainly lead to the fall of your pint!

This is the best home brew I have ever made. Friends love it! I purchased this kit four times and it always tastes the same. This peron knows how to make you a kit thats is consistant and tastes profesional. I wish I could give you a pic but I drank it ALL! If you like homebrew, and expecially Belgian White, you cant go wrong with this kit!

Excellent beer, excellent seller! I’m enjoying this beer every evening. It’s is of a very good quality and taste. Brewing was simple if you’ve done other kits from extract and seeping grains.I ran into a small problem with the shipping company but Boomchalug —being the great seller that they are, went out of their way to fix the problem! Thank you. Now, I can’t wait to try their ShutheF—-k up kit!! But only after I finish enjoying this Forbidden Fruit!!

I made a Youtube video of making this beer if anyone is interested my name is u2beers. Great beer ive made two batches so far of it and the second is sitting in the primary fermenter. Easy to make, clear instructions, and a superior product. Crisp clean taste not overwhelming but the orange peel and corriander come through nicely. STRONGLY RECOMMEND

Tasty yet a little coriander than I like. The kit was a good buy and the beer went fast. I would buy it again.

This is my least favorite brew of the 6 I've made so far. However, I was really impressed with the ingredients that Jasper's included, so I started buying more of their kits and they are FANTASTIC!I wanted a fruity, frothy summer beer. But, this one was acidic, sour and unpleasant. I actually stopped drinking it because I didn't care for it. However, after two months in the bottle, it is much-improved. If you are making this beer, I would suggest allowing extra time either in the fermenter or in the bottles to condition it a bit more. I probably won't be buying this one again, but I feel it just isn't (or wasn't) to my tastes. Now that it's been in the bottle for two additional months, it is tasty and orangey without being acidic or sour at all. It has a nice head.

I just bottled this yesterday. I brewed it up using the directions but I did a couple of modifications-#1- I added about a cup of oatmeal to the muslin bag during the initial grain soak#2- I added 3 pounds of Orange Clover Honey when I put in the extract#3- I added just the full boil hops and left out the second bag of hops#4- I added 1oz of coriander and 1oz of bitter orange peel during the last 10 min of the boilThe available alcohol content was at 8.5 when I pitched the yeast. When I bottled it, I took a pull off of the racking cane after all bottles where filled and I have to say that it was a damn good tasting beer, even when it was flat and warm. I followed the exact directions other than the 4 modifications.

This was my first foray into home brewing, i got the beer making kit for Christmas and bought this recipe kit right away. the instructions were easy to follow and the beer came out delicious. My brew came out a little darker than pictured but I think that is because I didn't really do a great job of straining the hops out of the beer before it went into my carboy. Next time I think I might reuse the muslin bag the grains were in and put the hop pellets in there so i can just pull them out before cooling. Maybe the seller can include an additional muslin bag for this purpose in the future. Additionally I allowed primary fermentation to go 3 weeks at a friends suggestion even though the instructions say 2 weeks. All in all I love the beer and will definitely purchase more from this seller (I have about 30 of his kits already saved to my wish list).

I've been waiting 5 long weeks to try this beer and see how it came out, and it is delicious! I've tried the Belgian white recipe from my local shop twice and each time it came out terrible. After having success with Jasper's Flat Tire kit I decided to try one of their whites. As before, the kit was well constructed, had everything I needed, and clear directions to get the job done. One week in the primary, two in the secondary and I put it in the bottles. My previous attempts added the coriander and orange peel to the wort at the end of the boil. This kit uses an extract you make at home by soaking the spices in vodka. So you are basically making a good hefeweizen and flavoring it with the extract before bottling. The beer tasted great before the extract. I sampled the flavored beer that was left in the bottling bucket. It was really good but had a little harshness. The yeast seem to clean that up and every day of bottle conditioning makes it taste even better.I was looking for a good, light, drinkable warm weather beer and this came out perfectly!
