The two-bolt spacer did not fit my application, so I had to remove them and just use the bolts directly. All the bolts had fallen out, so I did not know that I needed a 3-bolt spacer.You may need the 3-bolt spacer for the F150, so either visually check what you have, or maybe use the VIN for the truck to help confirm your needs.
